How do I know which version I’ve purchased?

If you purchased before March 31, 2009 you have purchased Version 1.2. If you purchased between April 1, 2009 and July 26, 2010 you purchased Version 2.0. If you purchased after July 26, 2010 you purchased Version 3.0. How do I get my user name and password?

If you purchased the course as an individual, you should have received an e-mail with a link upon ordering. Click on the link and follow the instructions. You will then be led through the process of creating a user name and password.

In some cases, your organization or institution will provide you with a user name and password. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, contact your course administrator or instructor.

I forgot my user name and/or password. What can I do?
