What is an access code?Each customer has been assigned a special code that allows access to the online portion of The IIA CIA Learning System. This code allows users to create user names and passwords so that they can access the course on an ongoing basis.When will I receive my access code?If you purchased the course as an individual, your access code will be sent via e-mail within one business day of your order being processed.If you are taking the course through your organization, contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance. What if my access code doesn't work?Be sure to enter your access code exactly as shown; it is case-sensitive. If you are still experiencing trouble with your access code, please call customer support at +1-877-442-2425 or +1-651-905-2670, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central time, for assistance.If you are taking the course through your organization, it's possible that the maximum number of users your organization purchased has been filled. Contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance. How do I get my user name and password?If you purchased the course as an individual, you should have received an access code within one business day of your order being processed. Enter this access code into the "Access code" box of The IIA CIA Learning System enrollment page, accept the default, and click Enroll. You will then be led through the process of creating a user name and password.In some cases, your organization or institution will provide you with a user name and password. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, contact your course administrator or instructor. I forgot my user name and/or password. What can I do?To request an e-mail reminder of your user name and/or password, click here.What if my user name and password no longer work?If your user name and password are no longer working, your access may have expired. The online course is available for 2 years following the first time you enroll in it if you have purchased a full kit or 1 year if you have purchased a part. You can call customer support at +1-877-442-2425 or +1-651-905-2670, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central Time, with questions.What if I purchased enrollments for two people and received only one access code?The one access code you received will allow you to enroll both people. Simply use the same access code twice to enroll each person and create individual user names and passwords.Now that I have an access code, when can I expect to receive my print materials?You will receive your print materials within five to seven business days of receipt of your order. If you are taking the course through your organization, your course administrator or instructor will distribute them.What if I purchased my enrollment and never received an order confirmation?An order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address entered when your order has been processed. Why does everyone in my group have the same access code?The access code allows a specified number of people to access the course. For instance, if your organization purchased this course for 15 people, they would all use the same access code to create 15 individual user names and passwords.
