How do I know which version I’ve purchased?

If you purchased Version 1.2 you would have purchased before March 31, 2009.  If you purchased Version 2.0 you would have purchased after April 1, 2009.  If you have any questions, you can call customer support at +1-877-442-2425 or +1-651-905-2670, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central time. 

How do I get my user name and password?

If you purchased the course as an individual, you should have received an e-mail with a link upon ordering. Click on the link and follow the instructions. You will then be led through the process of creating a user name and password.

In some cases, your organization or institution will provide you with a user name and password. If you are taking the course through your organization or a university, contact your course administrator or instructor.

I forgot my user name and/or password for Version 2.0. What can I do?
